It needs to be used with RELX Pod (8W). Other pods do not support the 3-Levels power mode.

It is possible that the oil has flowed into the internal parts of the device, causing the LED to flicker abnormally.

It suggested using a cotton swab to wipe clean the contact area and blow vigorously from the mouth of the device to see if you can remove the blocked oil.

Try to remove the bottom rubber stopper of pod
Check if the device is low battery, blinks red 10times？
Check if suffered external damage (soaked in water /Fell from high places or suffered a severe impact)

Coming from infinity to artisan and now infinity 2. The switch mode is really a game changer .i can use eco mode whenever im indoor or discreet vaping inside the office, and turbo mode when im puffing outside.Thanks for the new innovation and hopefully infinity 2 artisan will come soon i'll definitely buy it!!!
