      It needs to be used with RELX Pod (8W). Other pods do not support the 3-Levels power mode.

      If still not working, please send an E-mail to support@relxintl.comfor further assistance.

      It is possible that the oil has flowed into the internal parts of the device, causing the LED to flicker abnormally.

      It suggested using a cotton swab to wipe clean the contact area and blow vigorously from the mouth of the device to see if you can remove the blocked oil.

      If still not working, please send an E-mail to support@relxintl.com for further assistance.

      1. Try to  remove the bottom rubber stopper of pod
      2. Check if the device is low battery, blinks red 10times？
      3. Check if suffered external damage (soaked in water /Fell from high places or suffered a severe impact)
      4. Change different pods to see if the pod is the problem source
